My fondest memories always include the beach - the warm sand between my toes, the sea sliding under my paddle board, the clam shacks and fried dough, the arcade where I blew my allowance every week, and lots of Aquanet hairspray which defied humidity to my parents’ dismay.

Though I no longer wear Aquanet, my hearts and thoughts are always at the beach. These days my family and I spend long weekends and school breaks at our beach cottage in the beach, where the sunrises and sunsets are just as glorious as my childhood memories.
